Delivery

We ship worldwide for free. Parcels are sent from Sarajevo, Bosnia.

The end customer is responsible for paying the customs and import duties.

Shipping

Since we don't hold stocks, all our handmade items are produced in MTO (make to order), i.e. made only after receiving a customer order. Please see below the amount of time it takes to produce the various models:

Medium kilim or kilim pillow 2 weeks
Large kilim 4 weeks
Xlarge kilim 6 weeks

HAND KNOTTED RUGS
Medium rug or rug pillow 3 weeks
Large rug 5 weeks
Xlarge rug 7 weeks

KILIMS MADE WITH THE PATTERN GENERATOR
Medium kilim or kilim pillow 3 weeks
Xlarge kilim 8 weeks

Kilims created with the pattern generator are made with unpredictable colours and we don’t have in stock wools of every possible colour, so we need to dye it specifically for your kilim. That's why it takes more time to produce them.


Once your order is ready and shipped, we will send you a notification email. The shipping time must be added to the making time.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Before returning items please send an email to ciao@kobeiagikilims.com
Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery.
A refund will be made once the product is received and inspected.
We will not accept any items showing signs of use or damage.
Returns must include all original receipts or proof of purchase, tags and accompanying packaging.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return and exchange shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.
All shipping and customs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
